Patrick was born in Stockholm and now lives in London. After studying drama, he trained at the London Film School, producing a winning spot for the Kodak Student Commercials Awards. After college he paid his music video and commercials dues, running for and assisting some of the industry’s top directors. In 2002 he won the Film Four/Orange Short Film Competition with a charming short, Veronique, that beat off 2000 other entries and five other shortlisted scripts to be declared the overall winner by public vote. His commercial work includes spots for monster.com, The Times, and Nissan’s unusual Road Movie campaign, which ran as idents over 24 weeks on Sky TV in the commercial breaks for '24' and 'Nip and Tuck'. It was voted 'ad of the week' in The Telegraph.
