	www.hilland.tv Thomas Hilland was born in as small island village in the Norwegian arctic. He studied graphic design and photography in London at Saint Martins College of Art, before pursuing an early international career in magazine design, culminating in being hired by Oliviero Toscani as Art Director for Benetton’s infamous Colors Magazine. Returning to London, he joined advertising mavericks Mother as Art Director for five years where he also started directing music videos. His much-acclaimed video for Royksopp saw him signed by Partizan for worldwide representation for commercials and promos, leading to being nominated as best young director in Cannes as well as being picked by Boards Magazine as one of the world’s top 10 directors in their First Boards Awards. His music videos include Royksopp, Piana, Ralph Myers, Madrugada, and The Bees.
